El Dorado
Our first and lightest product is a golden ale, brewed loosely within the style parameters commonly know as Kolsch. The hybrid yeast provides a quick turnover of the finished beer without the sensitive temperature restrictions or long aging periods required by lager yeast. The resulting beer is smooth and silky like a lager – but produced in half the time.
The ABV of this beer is 4.5%, making it refreshing and drinkable without being overly filling. This smooth, easily approachable beer aimed at the mass market of beer drinkers. The crisp nature of this beer will serve as a base for future limited releases infused with refreshing ingredients such as cilantro or fresh Mexican fruits.
