An unfiltered wheat beer inspired by the Mexican Hibiscus tea "Jamaica." Brewed with Hibiscus petals, ginger and allspice. This refreshing Hefeweizen has a tart flavor from the hibiscus, ginger and allspice lend brightness and complexity. Almost no hop presence. Very light on the malt side.
Suggested Food Pairings
Pairs well with Sushi, Seafood, Fruit, Tacos. Delicious with fruit desserts such as key lime pie and strawberry short cake. Pair with chèvre goat cheese or herbed spreads such as Boursin.
