In spite of the high IBU level this is a deliciously drinkable Imperial IPA with plenty of hop aroma and flavor. Slight caramel and toasted malt flavors. A blend of American and Australian hops contribute grapefruit, lemon, peach and passion fruit flavors and aroma.
Suggested Food Pairings
Pairs with chicken, burgers, seafood. Great with spicy cuisine. Pair with Port-Sault or other lightly tangy cheeses.
